Ceramic and other energy saving coatings

XP 61 is an advanced, high emissivity, thin film, spray applied, ceramic coating specifically formulated to provide external abrasion resistance and corrosion protection of both carbon and stainless steel boiler tubing while increasing heat transfer and thermal efficiency. XP 61 may also be applied as a thermal spray sealer and applied under insulation or fire brick to prevent "cold side" and high heat corrosion.

XP 61-S is a thin film ceramic coating specifically engineered to provide external corrosion protection while providing high surface lubricity and sliding abrasion re sistance on both carbon and stainless steel boiler tubing. XP61-S has been formulated to retard tenacious slag build up on boiler water walls and to prevent fouling in the generating sections of coal fired utility boilers.

HES-71 is an advanced high emissivity thin film spray applied ceramic coating specifically formulated to provide external corrosion protection of both carbon and stainless steel process tubing while increasing heat transfer and thermal efficiency. The high emissivity property of the ceramic coating will improve the thermal efficiency and throughput capability of the ceramic coated process tubing, which is accomplished by increasing the absorbed duty capability, while eliminating the formation of the insulating surface layers.

REF-78 is an advanced energy saving high emissivity thin film spray applied ceramic coating specifically formulated to be applied to refractory hot face surfaces. The efficiency is accomplished by decreasing heat transfer trough the refractory, while radiating heat back to the furnace environment.
